The verdict was supported by sufficient evidence he possessed a handgun and threw it away while running from police even if no dashcam video captured the handgun. The video does not contradict the police officer's testimony that defendant had the gun in his waistband. Further, the court did not err by sentencing defendant to a below-guidelines sentence. Affirmed.
