Furthermore, sufficient evidence supports the conviction. Although it was undisputed the victim fired several shots before she was shot and killed, expert analysis of the wounds indicated she was shot at very close range at an angle that contradicted defendant's version of where she was located and disproved his claim of an imminent threat. Affirmed.
