Defendant took the stand to testify in his own defense, but then attempted to invoke the Fifth Amendment when the prosecutor questioned him. Defendant had already waived his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination when he chose to testify and could not validly refuse to answer questions relevant to his testimony. Affirmed.
