All evidence supports the conviction, in that — in addition to the victim’s testimony that defendant struck her with a baseball bat and choked her with a chain and the testimony of medical examiners as to the victim’s serious head injuries — a bloody baseball bat and chain were found at the scene and witnesses saw defendant dragging the victim from her apartment. The separate sentences of 20 years and 99 years must be modified to run concurrently. Affirmed as modified.
