J. McEvers finds that the district court properly entered judgment following a bench trial in a matter concerning an individual's inheritance of an undivided one-fourth interest in real property from her father. Her mother alleges that by the court failing to offset the amount of damages it awarded her daughter, she was unjustly enriched. The mother is not entitled to an offset because she did not properly plead a claim for unjust enrichment. Affirmed.
